- You are solely responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
- Specify the date and time for deliveries to girl's hostels/schools to prevent issues. Refunds or re-shipments are not provided in such cases.

To streamline returns, please record an unboxing video showing packaging, unboxing process, and product condition, then submit it with your return request within 24 hours of receipt.
