Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed and accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS on the registered contact details. Acceptance of the order is subject to product availability and verification.
Shipping Timeline
Orders are generally shipped within 1–2 working days from the date of order acceptance, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, operational disruptions, or force majeure events.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are typically delivered within 6–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner. In case of delays, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking details via email and/or SMS. Tracking updates are provided by our logistics partners and are subject to their systems.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is applicable only on prepaid orders within India, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (if available) or international orders shall be communicated at the time of checkout.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates based on availability, packaging requirements, or shipping locations.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address details at the time of placing the order. The Company shall not be liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Re-shipment charges for undelivered or returned orders due to incorrect address details shall be borne by the customer.
Address Modification
Requests for change of delivery address are permitted only before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
Risk & Ownership
Title and risk of loss of products pass to the customer upon dispatch from the Company’s warehouse.
Delivery Issues
Customers are advised to report any discrepancy, damage, or missing items within 24 hours of receipt of the order by contacting us at info@aayushwellness.com. Complaints raised beyond this period may not be entertained.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The Company shall not be responsible for loss or theft of packages after successful delivery as confirmed by the courier partner.
Special Delivery Locations
For deliveries to hostels, schools, or restricted premises, customers must clearly specify delivery date, time, and access details. The Company shall not be liable for non-delivery in such cases, and refunds or re-shipments may not be provided.
Returns
- Return Policy: We regret to inform you that, due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on our products, except in cases where the item is defective. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer care team, who will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
- Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence to process an exchange or refund for the defective item.
